• The course content has not been extensively accessed or downloaded.

• Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation Request Guidelines: If you wish to cancel a course, follow these guidelines:
• Send an email info@udable.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
• Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and course name.
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 30 business days.
2.2 Partial Access Cancellation: If you have partially accessed the course and wish to cancel, the refund will be prorated based on the percentage of the course completed.
